However, it is our mission to clean up the Credit Service Industry. Therefore, if you have a complaint regarding a company that is NOT a member.
We will take your complaint and forward it to the company while checking out the company directly for compliance.

If they are in violation, we will report them to the appropriate agencies and have reported companies that were shut down because of violations.

 Also, we will file it away incase the company ever decide to become and member. We will then insist that they address your complaint prior to membership.
